Marielena Faria, PMP
Marielena is the Co-Founder of Prema Jyothi and a Management Consultant with expertise in policy writing, capital planning, and project management. She has a background in International Affairs, with a specialty in U.S.-India relations. She has worked in government, congressional, technology and social service environments. She passionately believes in the uniting power of music, and hopes to use H4H as a platform to build linkages across communities and countries through the arts. 
Umme Lalani
Umme is a Program and Policy Analyst currently working on addressing the social determinants of health by developing branch-wide health equity policies and procedures at Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency. She graduated with a MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and has worked in the international development sector in varying capacities. She is passionate about the arts and is looking forward to being a part of the H4H team to build capacity for cross-cultural exchanges through music.
Ran Wei
Ran is a part of the Brand Strategy team @TwitterLA, where she partners with brands craft creative stories. Ran is also the Global Diversity Recruiting and Outreach co-Chair of Twitter Women, Twitter's employee resource group that fosters gender equality and supports the inclusion and advancement of women at Twitter and in the tech industry. She is passionate about music, and believes that it has a unique ability to bring people together. She joins H4H in hopes of helping bring the world closer together via music.
Henry Lebard
Henry has been exposed to international development most of his life. With a BA from the University of British Columbia in Human Geography and a minor in Economics, Henry seeks to improve as many aspects of the world as possible, one step at a time. Having had the luxury of traveling to 23 countries before the age of 18, he has seen a fair share of what the world's at-risk regions face. His passions, of which there are many, lie in wildlife conservation, social justice and education, empowerment of women, and sustainability.
